I am very interested in property in Coloma/Lotus, especially along the American River. Cabins preferred. And yes, the Mustang Meadow property is nice. Please send more info.

Mustang Meadow is a 40 acre parcel, the Mustang meadow driveway traverses from Hwy
49 through the 40 acres, meanders thru a 30 acre that ends @ 37 acres of Government managed land along The So. Fork American river.
The parcel is covered with trees, fronts Indian creek and provides at minimum two knolls for potential building pads (cabins needed)
Access to Hwy 49 and access to the river is mutually exchanged and used by the property owners.The Mustang 40 acres is for sale at $575K
